We are very happy to announce that we will participate in the SIGEP fair at Rimini Fiera, from 18 to 19 January 2025, alongside DTM Print.
You will find their guests in Pavilion B2, Stand 010: an opportunity reserved for selected partners.
In this space, we will do live demonstrations of two fantastic products: Eddie®, the printer equipped with certified edible inks (NSF certification and even in compliance with Kosher standards), and Freddie®, the icing machine.
These tools, the result of innovative technology and produced by Primera, are marketed in Europe by DTM Print and represent a step forward for those who work in the pastry, catering and hotel sectors.
With Eddie, you can easily and intuitively print colorful images, texts and logos directly on cookies, candies, macarons and even white chocolate, allowing professionals to offer their customers an imaginative and captivating product, but even unique and memorable.
In fact, equipping yourself with a printer like Eddie able to create solutions of absolute and wide creativity, allows professionals in the pastry world to create original graphics and exclusive products, thus satisfying the demands of an audience increasingly attentive to customization.
Freddie, on the other hand, is a robotic machine that glazes and fills cookies and various sweets, using royal icing and other types of creams.

We want to demonstrate how easy and fun it is to print on cookies, macarons and cakes with photos, logos and images, and how to glaze sweets in a simple and creative way. In short, using these technologies, there will be a way for professionals in the sector to make each party more colorful and tasty, but also to make greater profits!
