IT'S TIME TO UPDATES WITH BARTENDER!

Eurocoding informs that this Thursday, February 22, the Maintenance Service Agreement (MSA) renewal notification communications program for BarTender from Seagull Scientific, the software for Windows, the leader in barcode label printing, will start.

The communication includes a series of steps, in order to provide the best possible service and facilitate a greater response to direct feedback from partners:

- Customers will receive time-based renewal notifications starting 90 days before the MSA contract expiration date.

- Customers will then receive renewal reminders 60, 30, 15 and 2 days before expiration and again 1, 15 and 30 days after expiration.

- All customers will be advised to contact their dealer directly to renew the MSA contract.

The message that customers will receive in all notification emails will be clear and comprehensive, warning that the BarTender maintenance and support contract has expired and then inviting the customer to contact their reseller directly to continue using the service.
