1) Place a new order on standard terms with the words 'Trade in/up'. * Important: Credit notes will only be issued for new orders. The total of Trade In/Up orders cannot exceed 20% of annual orders. 2) Please send the following items within 2 months of the order date: - A copy of the customer's order. - The serial number of the printer to be picked up. - The Trade-in/up printer or just its CPU board and printhead. 3) Receive credit notes once all items have been received. *After a period of two months, the offer will be cancelled.
